Your wedding day isn’t meant to be managed—it’s meant to be experienced.

After years of working behind the scenes in the wedding industry—and experiencing it firsthand as a bride—I’ve seen just how much of a difference the right coordinator makes. Without one, the responsibility often falls on family, friends, or even your photographer…which means the people meant to support you are instead managing logistics.

With a dedicated coordinator, everything changes.

You get to be fully present.

Your vendors can do their best work.

And your day unfolds the way it was always meant to.

Wedding coordination

It matters more than you think...

Weddings are made up of countless moving pieces—timelines, vendor communication, setup, transitions, and unexpected moments that require quick decisions.

With over five years of experience working alongside photographers, planners, and wedding vendors, I understand what it takes to keep a day running smoothly without it feeling rushed or forced.

My role is to bring structure without pressure, guidance without overwhelm, and a steady presence you can rely on from start to finish.

What You Can Expect

Timeline Creation

Your timeline sets the tone for the entire day. I’ll help build a schedule that feels smooth, realistic, and intentional—making space for meaningful moments while ensuring everything flows naturally from start to finish.

Rehearsal Coordination

A well-run rehearsal creates confidence for everyone involved. I’ll guide your wedding party through the ceremony processional, timing, and important details so everyone knows exactly where to be and what to expect before the big day arrives.

Vendor Coordination

From arrival times to setup logistics, I’ll communicate with your vendor team to ensure everything stays organized and on track behind the scenes. My goal is to create a seamless experience not only for you, but for every vendor involved.

Ceremony Coordination

When it’s finally time to walk down the aisle, I’ll be there managing the flow of the ceremony—from lining up the wedding party to cueing entrances and making sure everything unfolds smoothly and calmly.

Reception Coordination

From your grand entrance to the final dance, I’ll help guide the reception timeline so transitions feel effortless and nothing important gets missed. You stay focused on celebrating—I’ll handle the logistics.

End-of-Night Wrap Up

Once the celebration comes to a close, I’ll oversee final details like vendor breakdown, personal items, and rental pickup coordination so you can leave the night fully present instead of worrying about cleanup and logistics.

My Process

01.

Booking

Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract and retainer invoice to officially reserve your wedding date on my calendar.

02.

Questionnaire

After booking, you’ll receive a detailed wedding questionnaire designed to help me understand your vision, priorities, vendor team, and all the important details that make your day unique.

03.

Six months before your wedding, we’ll meet to walk through your questionnaire together, fill in any missing details, and begin creating a clear game plan for the months ahead. This is also a space for questions, guidance, and support so you never feel like you’re navigating things alone.

04.

Timeline Consult

One month before your wedding, we’ll finalize your timeline and talk through the full flow of the day—from vendor arrivals to reception events and everything in between. My goal is to make sure you feel organized, confident, and fully prepared heading into your wedding weekend.
