Y’all—when I say I’ve never seen a couple more happy, playful, and in love, I truly mean it. Heather and Steve celebrated thirty-one years of marriage this December, and if they hadn’t told me, I would’ve sworn they were newlyweds.


That evening gave us the most beautiful sunset, and they soaked up every second of it—laughing, wandering the shoreline, and fully leaning into the moment. By the end of the session, they were splashing each other in the water like high schoolers, completely carefree. Watching a love like theirs—so full of joy, ease, and fun—was an absolute gift to photograph.
